WebbSlow Streets Program. Description. Neighborhood Greenways are slow, calm residential streets that prioritize people walking, bicycling, and rolling. In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, PBOT restricted access to the neighborhood greenway system to local traffic using temporary materials. WebbSlow Streets are low-traffic, shared streets intended to eliminate cut-through traffic and make people feel safe walking, biking, scooting, and using mobility devices in the street, particularly children, seniors, people with disabilities, and people less comfortable biking.
