Bad reviews are likely because people were expecting full service airline product and then getting charged for carry-ons, snacks/drinks and even seat selection probably turned them off. 3

However everything leading up to the actual flight was awful. They changed the flight 4 different times and the experience with "customer service" was a nightmare.
