WebThey made a huge mistake removing the whistle in an expansion that had all zones designed with flying in mind (makes sense since most of Shadowlands denizens can fly... but we couldn't right away). I started levelling my army of alts after unlocking flying because traveling through the zones with such exhausting level design was annoying, not fun.
