WebBasically, you'll get a ticket if you don't have full headlights during nighttime, starting around 20 / 8PM i think and until 6 or 8 AM. You also need full headlights in rainy weather. Turn headlights on between 20:00 - 07:00. 2. Between 7:00 - 20:00, drive with your parking lights on (some countries require lights on in daytime, some doesn't, having parking lights on is safer if you don't want a ticket.
