WebChloe ting was extremely hard for me in the beginning. I did the low impact versions, and even altered them further because sometimes I couldn’t even do the low impact. I also have problems with my wrist, so some of the exercise, like plank jacks, are really painful. I always alter these or do different exercises in their place.
